Shipping & Returns

Australian Deliveries:

All items of ‘In-Stock’ products ordered are processed from our Australian Warehouse within 1-3 days, after processing, delivery time with Australia Post takes between 2-7 business days depending on the location within Australia.  We charge as per Australia Post Satchel rates (500gm, 1kg, 3kg) relevant per order.  Larger Items that exceed these Satchel Rate prices we offer a flat rate fee of $50.00.

Free Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping within Australia ONLY, if you spend over $150.00

For our New Zealand Customers, you may see the option for Free Shipping, but unfortunately we cannot offer this service for you and below are the costs for our NZ Freight charges.  If you happen to choose the ‘Free Shipping’ option at checkout, we will contact you via email to advise of the extra cost. If you wish to proceed with your purchase, we will invoice you separately for this charge and once payment is received we will forward your parcel.  

 

New Zealand Deliveries:

We offer International Freight deliveries to our New Zealand neighbors, we charge a flat rate satchel fee of $45.00 for items that fit into a large Australia Post Satchel 405cm x 310cm with weight restrictions up to 2kg maximum. 

For larger parcels that do not meet the above restrictions, e.g. Décor Products we will charge you the above flat rate ($45) and you will also be invoiced separately for the extra cost to accommodate for oversized freight.  You will be advised of this additional cost via email and once accepted and paid the product will be sent. 

The delivery timeframe for international (New Zealand) orders is typically 10+ business days. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control. 

 

Back-Order / Pre-Order:

In regard to ‘Back-Order’ products we will advise you of an expected delivery date for when items are expected to be received into our Australian warehouse.  Once received they will be processed within 2-3 days and then sent via Australia Post or their Agent.

For items that are ‘Pre-Order’, these are processed within 2-4 days, this time-frame allows for order verification, quality check and packing.

After processing for Pre-Order products, Delivery time will take up to 1-2 weeks and will be delivered by Australia Post or their Agent to your location.

At times our Supplier may send your parcel direct from their warehouse to assist with you receiving your items in a timely manner.

If any of these time-frames above vary for your order, we will contact you direct via email to advise.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit or refund for any item that is unexpectedly not available.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page within 7 days from delivery.

 

RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We offer no fuss, easy returns, refunds or store credits, whatever works best for you.  We just ask that you get in touch with us either via info@stylebub.com.au or on our ‘contact us’ link below within 30 days of product being received.

The product being returned the shipping fee is at your cost and the item must be in new, unused (unworn, unwashed) condition with the original packaging and/or tags. Any item deemed “used” will be ineligible for return/refund. 

For ‘change of mind’ return requests, we will offer you a store credit, rather than a refund.

For a product that is faulty, once returned and reviewed, we will organize an exchange or refund, we ask you advise of your preference.  

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
